A bus traveling from Chicago to New York in May of this year crashed injuring several passengers and killing two. Several lawsuits have now been filed against the bus company, OK Travel Bus Company, for the injuries resulting from the accident. It is believed that a combination of a fatigued bus driver and speeding caused the bus to crash in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania.

The bus company faces lawsuits from at least 12 of the victims and more suits may be filed. The injured may be able to recover for the medical expenses they have incurred, lost time at work and pain and suffering.
