As a follow up to a previous post about the Pennsylvania bus crash early Sunday morning near Clearfield, Pennsylvania, it is now known that the bus ran up an embankment and flipped on its side. Investigators do not know at this time what caused the bus to run up the embankment.
Nine people are still hospitalized from the crash with injuries ranging from fair to critical. The bus driver has not been charged yet but the investigation is still ongoing. The families of the two killed and the injured passengers may be able to take legal action against the bus driver and the company.
