Reverend Eduardo Malagon and his father and sister were involved in a car accident on August 6, 2007. The Reverend suffered a broken arm but his father and sister were in serious condition and remain in a Chicago area hospital. There is no current information on what caused the accident.
The three victims may be able to recover for their injuries they suffered as a result of the accident. When a person is involved in a car accident they have a right to recover from the person or persons who caused the accident.
