Chicago Man Dies After Accident With SUV

Hector F. Aguirre died Wednesday from injuries he sustained when he was hit by an SUV in Chicago over the weekend. Aguirre, who was 73 at the time of his death, was walking near 8400 west North Avenue in Chicago when the SUV struck him. Aguirre leaves behind his wife of 54 years, Olga, along with their 5 children, 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Additional information about the accident and charges has not been released. The SUV did stop after the accident and reported the accident. The Aguirre family may be entitled to take legal action against the driver of the SUV for the wrongful death of Hector Aguirre. They should contact an attorney for information on their legal rights.
