Two vehicles collided Saturday in the Woodlawn neighborhood on Chicago's South Side. The collision between the Cadillac and mini-van was severe enough to cause the mini-van to roll over. The victims of the crash were taken to local hospitals.

Injuries related to car crashes, such as this one, can often be not only the driver's fault, but also the car manufacturer's fault. A car manufacturer may be liable for a person's injuries when the vehicle's safety features do not function properly. Faulty features can often result in malfunctioning of seat belts, airbags and other car components. Faulty manufacturing can also cause vehicles to roll over.

If you have been involved in a car accident and as a result suffered injuries, you may be able to recover from not only the driver that caused the accident, but also the manufacturer. Contact an attorney to learn more about your legal rights.
